I Love Remixes.

P2P has really ruined remixes. When I want to see if a decent DJ has done a shockingly sexy mix of an already classic track I am swamped shoddy amateur mixes done with auto tools on Fruity Loops or ACID. But when mixes are done well there’s often better than the original song.

Here are my top favourites:

Carl B feat. Breaking Benjamin - Diary of Jane (Sean Tyas Remix)

8 minutes long but absolutely astounding. For a song that sounded great heavy and acoustic, it proves even better techno.

t.A.T.u. - Show Me Love (Sven Martin Remix)

One of the best t.A.T.u. remixes ever despite the intro sounding like a carbon copy of Closer by NIN.

Britney Spears - Piece of Me (MT Remix)

The best track from Blackout is made even better by this subtle yet superb remix.

Timbaland feat. One Republic - Apologize (DJ Ypsilonta Hard Dance Remix)

How this isn’t currently one of the most popular dancefloor fillers is beyond me.
